Enologist review

Light and elegant on the palate. Very good structure, good acidity and balance. Medium aftertaste. With its elegance and personality, the wine faithfully reflects the characteristics of the wines from
Fontanars dels Alforins. The evolution in the bottle is very favourable. The fresh fruit evolves into ripe and slightly stewed fruit with time.

Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days. The malolactic fermentation ends in brand new French oak barrels where the wine rests for 3 months. 13.5% Vol., pH 3.6, AT 4.3g/L.This wine is the fruit of an exquisite combination of Monastell and Marselán from our Casa Lluch estate, located in the heart of Fontanars dels Alforins at 650 m above sea level. Dry vineyard which is 20 years old. Production of 2 kg/vine. Calcareous soils, very stony and clay-loam with a high percentage of active limestone.
